You must have Windows NT User Login privileges on the machine you query from to use Oracle Web Publishing Assistant. You need an Windows NT Administrator account to install and maintain Oracle Web Publishing Assistant.

Oracle Installer creates a top-level directory on your hard disk called Oracle home. The default Oracle home directory for Windows NT is \ORANT.
