The default service name is OracleTNSListener80.

From the Windows NT Control Panel:
- Double-click Services.
- Select OracleTNSListener80 from the listing.
- Click Start.
- Close the Services window.

From the Windows NT Control Panel:
- Double-click Services.
- Select OracleTNSListener80 from the listing.
- Click Stop.
- Close the Services window.
