An error message appears during installation if your system previously contained Oracle products and the volume containing those products no longer exists. To complete the installation, delete the ORACLE_HOME line from the registry and run Oracle Installer again. See Appendix C, "Configuration Parameters and the Registry" of Oracle8 Getting Started for Windows NT for instructions on editing registry parameters.
